Perched on the sand dunes of Elouera Beach, one just steps off the esplanade to a vibrant cafe with expansive ocean views of Cronulla’s Bate Bay.
A rendered concrete block street side exterior houses the kitchen. Perimeter glazing surrounds the diners, with a mix of operable louvres and sliding doors connecting them with the surrounding beach.
Recycled brick interior walls, v-groove ceiling and feature floor tiles create the Bianchinis Espresso Cafe signature look.

In 2016 Elouera Surf Life Saving Club worked with Coastal Projects for the construction of a storage area, with provision for a cafe overhead, backing into a hillside. The project required good management of sub-surface groundwater and no subsequent problems have arisen. The construction was completed under budget and within the specified timeframe. Throughout the project we found John and his team were easy to work with and worked cooperatively with our members to resolve any matters that arose.
